A SAFETY-FIRST APPROACH
At TITAN, safety is more than a requirement. It is a responsibility we share with our employees, clients, vendors, and the communities where we work. Every project is approached with careful planning, clear communication, and a commitment to protecting everyone involved. Our goal is to complete quality work on schedule and within budget while taking every reasonable precaution throughout the process.
OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFE OPERATIONS
Every TITAN employee is expected to understand and uphold our safety standards. Our programs include:
- Stop Work Authority for Every Employee
- DOT-Required Qualifications and Training
- PHMSA- and FMCSA-Compliant Drug and Alcohol Programs
- Comprehensive, Behavior-Based Safety Procedures
- Ongoing Health and Safety Training
- Veriforce, DISA, ISNetworld, PEC Safety, NCCER, RigUp, and Gold Shovel Standard Compliance
- Damage Prevention Practices for Pipeline and Utility Work
Our Brother’s Keeper philosophy reinforces the idea that every team member is responsible for watching out for the people around them.
To be a Brother’s Keeper means that every employee in this organization has Stop Work Authority (SWA) to halt or question any task or project initiative if they feel it is unsafe or will jeopardize their safety or the safety of another employee. Our logo represents our commitment to each other through the image of two faces in hard hats, one being the “keeper” over the other. Additionally, the shadow represents our families, who are continually with us and are an intricate part of our commitment to safety. The red stripes represent the American flag and our proud heritage of working in the greatest country in the world – the USA.
SAFETY IS EVERYONE’S RESPONSIBILITY
From project leadership to field personnel, TITAN works to create a culture where employees feel empowered to speak up when something appears unsafe. This shared responsibility helps us protect our team, maintain dependable operations, and deliver work our clients can trust.
